NOT BEING LISTENED TO?
It can be very frustrating to list your buying criteria time and time again, only to be bombarded with constant emails of properties that don't suit.
Many agents you are in contact with are partner agents - that means they are based in the UK and treat you like a commodity to be passed around agents in France, hoping that one day they might be able to prove an introduction and gain a share of commission. They haven't visited the properties they recommend and have rarely even visited the areas.
The problem for you, is that to them - "It's a numbers game". If they send your details to enough agents and those agents in turn send you enough properties, then, one day, maybe, you might see something you fancy.
Not very scientific!
